platforms, websites, mobile applications, loyalty programs, and all related
hospitality services.
“User”, “Guest”, or “You” refers to any individual or entity using our
Services.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and
legally capable of entering into binding agreements. If you do not agree to
these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
3. SCOPE OF SERVICES
LUKABA Hospitality Group provides hospitality services including accommodation,
food and beverage services, events management, tourism services, and digital
reservation platforms. Services may vary by location and are subject to
availability and local regulations.
4. RESERVATIONS AND BOOKINGS
All reservations are subject to confirmation and availability. LUKABA reserves
the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion, including in cases of
suspected fraud or policy violations.
5. PAYMENTS AND FEES
You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your
booking. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Pre-authorizations may be applied.
6. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the rate, property, and
promotion. You are responsible for reviewing applicable policies before completing
your booking.
7. GUEST CONDUCT
Guests must respect property rules, staff, and other guests. Illegal, unsafe,
abusive, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in
eviction without refund.
8. HEALTH, SAFETY, AND LIABILITY
Guests acknowledge inherent risks associated with hospitality services. LUKABA
is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages unless caused by proven
gross negligence.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, text, images, and software are the
exclusive property of LUKABA Hospitality Group or its licensors and are
protected by intellectual property laws.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our Services may link to or integrate third-party services. LUKABA is not
responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any
kind, express or implied.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUKABA Hospitality Group shall not be
liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LUKABA Hospitality Group from any
claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or
violation of these Terms.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
LUKABA shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond
reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or
government actions.
15. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Services at any time for
violations of these Terms.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the
